1. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Custom/personalized orders (e.g., custom name plates) may take 3–5 business days for preparation.
- You will receive an order confirmation via email and WhatsApp once your order is placed.

4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp.
- You can track your shipment using the courier partner's website or app.
- Tracking numbers typically become active within 12–24 hours after dispatch.
5. Packaging
All our metal wall art products are carefully packed with:
- Bubble wrap for impact protection
- Foam corner guards (for larger pieces)
- Corrugated cardboard box
- Fragile handling labels on the package
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If your package arrives damaged, please take photos/video of the package and product immediately and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the courier partner to resolve the issue. If the package cannot be located, we will offer a full replacement or refund.
- We recommend inspecting the package at the time of delivery. If the outer box appears damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
7. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners typically make 2–3 delivery attempts. If delivery fails after all attempts, the order will be returned to us. In such cases:
- For prepaid orders: Full refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days.
- For COD orders: The order will be cancelled.
