At AlShaza Lifestyle, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided:

Eligible for Return

  • ✓ Product received is damaged or broken
  • ✓ Wrong product delivered
  • ✓ Product significantly differs from description
  • ✓ Missing parts or accessories
  • ✓ Manufacturing defect

NOT Eligible for Return

  • ✗ Product used, installed, or scratched by customer
  • ✗ Custom/personalized items (name plates, custom text)
  • ✗ Minor color variation due to screen/lighting
  • ✗ Return request after 7 days
  • ✗ Product without original packaging

2. How to Request a Return

  2. 2Share your Order ID, product photos, and reason for return
  3. 3Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours
  4. 4If approved, we will arrange pickup or provide return shipping instructions
  5. 5Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email/WhatsApp about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

4. Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us on WhatsApp or email.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled — you may request a return after delivery instead.
  • For prepaid orders cancelled before shipping, a full refund will be initiated within 3–5 business days.

5. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to change of mind (where applicable), the customer will bear the return shipping cost.

7. Damaged Product on Delivery

Important: If your product arrives damaged

  1. Take clear photos/video of the damaged packaging and product
  2. Do NOT discard the packaging material
  3. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  4. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund
